You create your brain from the input you get.
We are constantly predicting the future and hypothesizing what we will experience. This expectation influences what we actually perceive. Predicting the future is actually the primary reason that we have a brain.

People live their lives based on what they believe to be correct and true. This is how they define their reality. But what exactly do these terms mean? They are abstract concepts, and it's possible that their "reality" is just an illusion. Are they living in a world shaped solely by their beliefs?

When we judge others solely based on their appearance or preconceived notions, we fail to recognize our and others' true potential. We also find ourselves trapped in a cycle of defeat, unable to break free from our narrow perspectives.


Our sole responsibility is to produce something smarter than we are; any problems beyond that are not ours to solve.

I haven't created electricity yet, but I use it daily. Each of us creates something of value, improving our community, society, and civilization. Everything compounds; our duty is to select the right things for it. Let us become the giants that empower the next generations.


We are a pattern that changes slowly but has stability and continuity, even though the stuff constituting the pattern changes quickly.
You grew older today, but did you age as well? If you drank a few cups of green tea, had five servings of fruits and vegetables, exercised for at least 30 minutes at your target heart rate, took nutritional supplements optimized for your age and health situation, spent quality time with close friends and loved ones, consumed a glass of red wine, had a romantic (and sensual!) time with your spouse or significant other, and got 8 hours of quality sleep, then you probably aged very little if at all.

We should behave as if we have the age we want to keep forever. Our actions give value to that number, so make sure to provide it with the correct value.
